That's clearly a pure scottie that has been relatively recently groomed. But it's a terrier, and thus a little shit challenge to maintain, and it sounds like it's an escaper . . . and needs a secure yard like yours. You could contact the finder and offer to adopt it. :D
Zoe, our mutt, isn't especially bright. She fell off a table at the dog park because she lost track of where she was. She's crashed into walls before. We laugh at her and mock her, and we love her very much.
I sense a generous helping of fondness for this little dog, in the finder. He made the post, he took pictures. He mocks the dog, but there's caring behind it. I laughed, too.
(From what Zp's told me about Harp's date with your boy, I'll bet he'd like Zoe, too. Harp and Zoe are best buddies, Zoe likes children. I've met your boy, too. :) )
after I was done laughing at the ad - I realized something - the ad writer has fallen for the dog and probably kept her - The ad writer was just trying to talk her/himself out of it.
