I painted the dog.
It had to happen at some point, I suppose, but why NOW??? arrrgh.

choirboypuppy's silk bar mitzvah tallit (prayer shawl), in the hopes of doing a first steam-set tomorrow morning. The little dog was sitting under the table. Turquoise dye flicked off my brush onto his neck -- just enough to make him shake his head. I now have turquoise spots where they shouldn't be on the tallit. SHIT.
[Not to mention turquoise spots where they shouldn't be on the dog. I rubbed most of it off with a wet soapy towel -- but because the dye is highly concentrated, my little white dog now has a somewhat turquoise neck ruff, sort of a like an aura.]
