quick me update

I am home sick today. I have been working and traveling sick all week, and today I just couldn't do the Stockton trip. My boss went instead. I feel no guilt whatsoever. I'll be working most of the weekend getting ready for trial, and the next two weeks of trial will be a bear.

My tooth hurts, but 800 mg Motrin helps. I have a root canal Monday morning.

Hard time, but life is pretty good nonetheless. I love my peeps and my animals. And I am well loved.

As predicted, David is glad that he gets to pretend he doesn't know me. Probably best that way - I'm the dorkiest parent EVER, y'know! (I've been told)
