I have been asked to re-publish my recipes for Thanksgiving turkey. I have decided to do so well in advance so that you can shop for the ingredients early and avoid the traditional Cocoa Puffs last-minute rush.

Without further ado:

Yum! I particularly like the ghastly ashen pallor of the thing in the last photo. You must have had some brave diners that night. :)
