When one is floating mid-Caribbean, there is nothing quite like getting an email from the animal shelter in Oakland saying "please pick up your lost-and-found-again Andy the Dog".

I swear it's true: I've had the feeling for the past few days that Andy was lost and that nobody was telling me because you guys didn't want to worry me. Which was the right thing to do, because I would have worried terribly.

I'll feel better when I hear confirmation that Spirit is safe at home... please?
